Janey I’m so sorry that you’ve been feeling so down. Kayla is in the very same place right now. I hug her and tell her I love her. Love to you too Janey, big hugs friend. It will get better. I always tell Kayla that she has the power over the voices in her head (not sure if it works that much) but I’m really trying to give her all the boost up I can give her. I tell her the voices always lie and never tell the truth. I’m praying for you Janey. Kaylas’ been cutting so I know it’s still an ongoing struggle but again we try to get her to hear us that she will be okay the voices will go away. You are strong Janey and have a great family and alot of friends who love you. Stay strong!
